Called sir grout in October and sent pictures of our shower tile which had lots of mold and soap scum.Sir grout gave estimate to clean and color seal.Scheduled with Chris to come out on a Monday in November.Bill arrived on time explained everything thoroughly and did a great job color sealing and cleaning.Bill is a very nice guy and did a great job and was done in 4 hours.The shower tiles and grout look fully restored.I highly recommend Sir grout!

Highly recommend Sir Grout for re-grouting baths and showers. A nice man came to my house today and in less than 2-1/2 hours, completely regrouted my stall shower - looks like new!

Wonderful experience working with Sir Grout. Chris and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. They mixed four different grout tints for us to choose from and the result is that our kitchen floor stone tiles look better than they even did originally. Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Sir Grout Bucks.

The boss was just as bad. Very unprofessional!!! They were going to charge $195 for a simple bathtub caulking job. I guess it was a blessing in disguise because I got someone else to do the job for $35. Visit thumbtack.com and get a good contractor.

At Sir Grout our goal is to always provide 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, there will be times where we will turn away jobs based on the type of job or the client demands and expectations as they create scenarios where we might risk our ability to make the client completely happy. This is standard in any service-based business. In your case, your request was not a simple caulking service as you wrote in your review. You asked us to completely remove the caulk to then have an exterminator spray chemicals due to an ant infestation you had, and then later have us return to apply new caulking. Due to the chemicals and the possibility of those chemicals effecting our materials and work, we felt it wasn't in our best interest to undergo the work. We kind fully and respectfully explained this to you at your house but you didn't want to accept our reasons. It's a bit unfair you then paint a different picture with your review. Marlon did a great job matching the new grout color with the old which is hard to find in a store. He was meticulous and pedantic. Also had the sealing work done. I Like the look of my shower stall now.

Not only that, when we realized there was a problem specific to my floor (movement that causes cracks in the grout) they came back several times until the job was perfect again. We're very pleased!
