Cooking Class: A Sunday Brunch
Don't just eat brunch, experience it. Join us for a hands-on champagne brunch cooking class. You'll prepare both sweet and savory recipes that are sure to start the day off right! The session begins with a pomegranate mimosa and then you'll work your way through a sweet and crispy French toast, delicious panini and an to a other worldly egg dish.
April 15, 2024 (Monday) Pickup 5pm to 6pm
Prepared Meal: Greek Grilled Chicken or Roasted Salmon
The Mediterranean table is packed with fresh vegetables, herbs and citrus. The result is fare that is fresh, flavorful and healthy. We'll start the meal of with a meal filled with recipes that reflect this great cuisine.

Menu:
- Herb and EVOO Marinated Grilled Chicken or Roasted Salmon with Cherry Tomato Bruschetta;
- Moussaka (Baked Casserole Layered with Eggplant, Ground Beef and Spices Topped with Cream Sauce);
- Vegetable and Cheese Stuffed Roasted Tomatoes with Crispy Bread Crumb Topping;
- Greek Salad with Feta, Olive, Tomatoes, Peppers and Mint Yogurt Dressing

Interactive Dinner: Flavors of Southern Italy
The cuisine of Naples offers something for all food lovers. From the sea to the land, the ingredients are combined to make simple, succulent recipes that celebrate everything great about Italian cooking. San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, fresh seafood and pasta all play major roles. We'll use them all and some supporting ingredients to make five traditional dishes. Join us for this special session - part cooking class, part sit-down dinner, all fun! You'll be able to see elements of the menu demonstrated, ask questions, and get recipes for all the dishes. As a special treat, we'll select a wine to serve that will complement the menu.

Interactive Dinner: Tacos and Margaritas
The most festive of drinks, margaritas, paired with a Tex-Mex classic, tacos and Mexican fare - what could be better? In this demonstration class and dinner see each course prepared while sipping on refreshing margaritas. The evening wraps up with a tasty dessert from Maryanne Pastry Shoppe. Warm weather is right around the corner and you'll be able to get ready party on the deck with these delicious recipes. Join us for this special session - part cooking class, part chef's tasting, all fun! You'll see each dish prepared, be able to ask questions, and get recipes for all the dishes. As a special treat, we'll twist up some great margaritas to serve throughout the meal.

Sunday Brunch Cooking Class: Flavors of Mexico
Don't just eat brunch, experience it. Join us for a hands-on brunch class in honor of Cinco de Mayo. You'll prepare authentic savory recipes that are sure to start the day off right! The session begins with a South of the Border mimosa and then you'll work your way through Gorditas (a light, fluffy pastry stuffed with Mexican sausage) and an incredibly satisfying egg dish.

Cooking Class: Thai Seafood and Noodle Dishes
Bold flavors and great ingredients combine for the ultimate in bowl food. Thai cooking is highly regarded for its contrasting textures and flavors. We'll focus our attention on the different noodles, sauces, and seafood used and the proper way to prepare them.

Interactive Dinner and Wine Tasting
Champagne and sparkling wines are perfect for celebrating any occasion - they add pizzazz to the party and come in a variety of styles to please different tastes. There are many fine offerings from Italy, Spain, and the United States made with the same intensive process as Champagne. In addition to tasting each, we'll talk about how it's produced, the grapes used, and what foods to serve with sparkling wine. These are interactive sessions intended to help participants build on their existing wine skills. The course will take a deeper dive wine lovers can use their sensory skills to better understand the likenesses and differences within varietals. You'll learn to describe wines like a professional by developing your senses - sight, smell, taste - giving you the confidence to identify wines with more accuracy.
